Where are you located?

I’m based in Mickleham, Victoria (postcode 3064). You can pick it up directly from this location.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, I do offer local delivery! Delivery costs start at $10, depending on your location and whether I’m able to deliver to your area. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out, and I can confirm if delivery is available to you.

Do you offer postage?

Yes, I offer express postage to ensure your cookies arrive quickly and safely. Shipping starts at $15, but the price may vary based on the weight of your order. Each batch is carefully packaged with love and plenty of bubble wrap to keep them secure during transit. However, once the cookies leave my hands, I can’t be held responsible for any breakage that may occur during shipping, and no refunds will be issued for broken cookies.

I also can’t be held accountable for any postal delays, so I recommend placing your order well in advance of your event. For estimated delivery times, please check the AusPost website. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

How far in advance can I place my order?

The sooner, the better! I tend to book up quickly, so it’s best to place your order as soon as you have your event details. For custom orders, please reach out at least 2 weeks in advance. Rush orders may be possible, depending on availability, and may incur an extra fee. This also gives me enough time to source any special ingredients or supplies needed to complete your order.

What’s the minimum order?

The minimum order is 15 individual cookies. However, if you're looking for a smaller selection, I also offer gift boxes with 2, 3, 4, 6 or 12 cookies. Perfect for gifts or a little treat!

How much do the cookies cost?

The price of each cookie varies depending on its size and the level of detail involved in the design. Each order is unique, so the cost will reflect the customisation and complexity of your cookies. Feel free to get in touch for a quote!

How do I place an order?

To place an order, just fill out the custom order form, and I’ll reach out to you via email. We’ll collaborate to design the perfect set of cookies for your event or milestone. I’m all about the details, so if you have any images or inspiration that capture the vibe of your event, feel free to share them! It helps me create cookies that truly match the feel and aesthetic you're going for. Let’s make it perfect together!

Do you have set designs available?

Yes, I do have a selection of set designs available on the website that you can browse and order directly. If you’re looking for something more customised, feel free to reach out, and we can create something special just for you!

What is the shelf life of the cookies?

All of my cookies are heat-sealed and will stay at their best quality for up to 4 weeks. (Though, I’ve personally enjoyed them up to 8 weeks old!) Once opened, I recommend storing them in an airtight container to keep them fresh. Be sure to keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. There's no need to refrigerate them—and actually, I wouldn't recommend it! Just store them properly, and they’ll stay delicious!

Do you offer custom corporate cookies?

Yes, we offer a variety of custom corporate cookies, perfect for events & client gifts.

Is there a discount for bulk orders?

Bulk orders require the same time, ingredients, and expertise per cookie, so we’re unable to offer discounts. However, if you're on a tight budget, get in touch, and we can explore alternative options that might work for you.

What ingredients do you use?

We use high-quality ingredients in our cookies, including flour, butter (milk), eggs, vanilla bean paste, salt, fondant.
Our cookies contain gluten and milk, and may also have traces of nuts. 

Depending on your chosen design, we may also use colouring gels, sprinkles and edible decorations.
